Need help with your throwing? Then this is the session for you. These one to one sessions are designed to focus on you and any throwing issues you might be facing.

I can offer you over 35 years of throwing and teaching experience. You session will begin with a 1 to 1 chat going over any issues you might have and what your goals for the session are. We will then work through a program of exercises to help you achieve your goals.

These sessions are designed for individuals who have ben practicing but are stuck on their learning journey.

Book your first hour here at £40, all subsequent hours will be charged at £25 an hour and can be paid for at the end of your session.

These sessions are not designed for first timers., if you are a first timer then I recommend our special 2 hour Throwing Experience.
